Our incredible team of teachers, assistants, and floaters bring a wide range of experience, education, and enthusiasm to the classroom each day. Every preschool class is led by a dedicated teacher and assistant who foster learning, play, and growth. Additional support staff help with transitions, outdoor play, and provide a safe, loving environment throughout the day. Together, they form the heart of our program—committed to nurturing each child with joy and purpose.
Elder of Discipleship
Bruce Sullivan
As a ministry of New Beginnings Community Church, our program is led under the guidance of the church elders. Bruce brings wisdom and oversight to the program, drawing from his experience in church leadership, his role as a grandfather to 13, and his partnership with his wife, a local elementary school teacher. His steady leadership and heart for discipleship help keep our program grounded in faith and focused on spiritual growth.
Institute Director
Allison Rowlands
Allison serves as our Institute Director, guiding our programs with vision, creativity, and a deep commitment to excellence. Her background in education, library programming, and event planning shines through in the engaging themes, enriching activities, and purposeful experiences she develops for our students and families. Known for her enthusiasm and intentional approach, Allison brings a joy-filled spirit to everything she does. A transplant from a similar preschool program elsewhere in the state, she continues to bless our community with her leadership, dedication, and heart for lifelong learning.
